🎃🍂 Exciting times in Mrs. Lister's class as we celebrate the beginning of Fall! Today, we dived into three fantastic Fall stories, exploring themes of change and harvest. To make it even more special, we got creative by crafting our very own Jack o’ Lanterns using donated laundry pod containers! A huge thank you to our wonderful Okeechobee community for your generous contributions. Together, we're not just making art; we're learning to identify shapes while having fun! Here's to a fantastic Fall filled with learning and creativity! 🍁✨ #FallFun #CommunitySpirit #MrsListersClass #PantherPride

📚 This week, our 4th grader gifted students kicked off their unit on Mesoamerica and ancient civilizations, diving into the fascinating worlds of the Inca, Maya, Aztec, and Ancient Egypt! They explored hieroglyphics and even created their own symbols for each letter of the alphabet. Students then crafted their own “school-friendly” messages—ranging from “Panther Pride” to “Softball Rocks” and “Best Teacher!” 🐾 They had a blast learning and creating with hieroglyphics! 🌟 #LearningIsFun #4thGradeAdventures #Hieroglyphics #PantherPride
